Thank you for shopping at Voi Jeans India. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

All returns must be requested within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase should be included with the returned item.

Important: Tags must remain attached to the item to be eligible for a return. If any tag is removed, the item cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

For all returns, regardless of location, a return processing fee of ₹100 will be charged.

To start a return:

  1. Log in to your account on www.voijeans.online.
  2. Go to Profile > Order History and select the eligible order(s) for return.
  3. Alternatively, you can email us at online@voijeans.in with your order number to request a return.

Please allow 3–4 working days for us to arrange a return pickup. Pack and seal the product securely with adhesive tape before the courier arrives.

Self-ship

If pickup is unavailable at your location, you may self-ship the items to the address on your invoice. In such cases, we will refund both the product and the shipping cost, minus the ₹100 return processing fee. Please choose a reliable courier service and ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage.

Return Guidelines

  • All returned items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Include a copy of your invoice in the package.
  • If an item was purchased with an offer or free gift, any accompanying item must also be returned.
  • Voi Jeans is not responsible for items sent by mistake. Items returned in error cannot be replaced or returned to the sender.

Refund Terms & Conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after we receive the item at our warehouse and complete a quality check.
  • Refunds typically take 8–10 business days from the time we receive the returned item.

Refund Modes

  • Pre-Paid Orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment account.
  • COD Orders: Refunds require submission of the following details via email or on our website when initiating a return:
    • Account Holder Name
    • Bank Account Number
    • Bank Name
    • IFSC Code

Return Eligibility

Items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not qualify for a return.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions regarding the return process will be shared with you.

Refund Process

After the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are typically credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so our team can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, customization, promotional offers, or other specific conditions. Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered for eligible products subject to size and stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be provided at our discretion.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product. Any applicable charges will be communicated during the return approval process.
